Badlapur sexual assault case accused Akshay Shinde was shot dead by the police after he fired at them near Mumbra bypass.

Badlapur rape accused, Akshay Shinde, was shot dead by police on Monday after he allegedly snatched a gun from a cop and opened fire at the policemen.

Akshay Shinde, who was accused of sexually assaulting two young girls at a Badlapur school, died from bullet injuries sustained during a police encounter. While in police custody, Shinde reportedly snatched a police officer’s weapon and opened fire on officers.
